Enrolment enquiries
Submitting a form does not create a binding booking until we confirm a place in writing and you pay any requested deposit. Fees shown on the site are informational.
Intellectual property
Worksheet designs, lesson structures, written articles, and site copy belong to DevEnv Pro or its licensors. You may keep materials provided for your personal learning. You may not copy, resell, or teach from our worksheets as your own course without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape content at scale, or submit false enrolment details. We may refuse service where conduct is abusive toward facilitators or other participants.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, DevEnv Pro is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or indirect damages arising from workshop attendance or reliance on site content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
