Refund & cancellation policy
Rules for deposits, cancellations, and refunds on workshops, clinics, and private chart reviews.
Scope
This policy applies to paid places in Oscillator Comparison Intensives, Momentum Divergence Clinics, private chart reviews, and closed group workshops booked with DevEnv Pro. It does not cover third-party brokerage fees, data subscriptions, or travel you arrange yourself.
Deposit and balance
A deposit (typically A$120 for the Intensive, or as stated on your invoice) holds a public workshop place. The balance is due seven days before the session unless your invoice states otherwise. Private reviews are payable in full when the appointment is confirmed.
Cancellation by you
- More than 14 days before the session: full refund of deposit and any balance paid, minus a A$35 administration fee if card or bank processing has already occurred.
- 7–14 days before: deposit may be retained; any balance paid is refunded. You may transfer the deposit once to a later published date within six months.
- Fewer than 7 days before: payments are non-refundable, but you may nominate another attendee (notify us in writing) or request one courtesy transfer if seats remain.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the original date and a seat exists on the new date. Further reschedules may require a new deposit.
No-shows
If you do not attend and have not cancelled under the timelines above, fees are forfeited. Materials reserved for your place are not shipped by default.
Cancellation by DevEnv Pro
If we cancel a session (facilitator illness, venue issue, insufficient enrolment), you may choose a full refund including deposit or a transfer to a future date. We are not responsible for your flights, hotels, or other travel costs.
Private chart reviews
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead for a full refund or free rebooking. Later cancellations are non-refundable unless we can fill the slot; in that case we refund minus a A$40 administration fee.
Work already started and materials
Once a workshop day has begun, the session fee is non-refundable. Printed worksheets distributed in class are yours to keep and are not returnable for credit. Digital prep notes emailed before class remain available even if you later transfer dates.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. Email refund requests to hello@devenvpro.digital with your full name, session date, and booking reference.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
